Dublin homes, cleaned by someone who knows Dublin.
Dublin homes are big, and that is the whole story from a cleaning standpoint. Two-story entries with light fixtures nobody has touched in three years, bonus rooms above garages, finished basements, and four or five bathrooms are the norm rather than the exception here.
That means a Dublin clean takes longer than the metro average, and it means the cleaner who does it needs to already know your layout. This is exactly the kind of home where a rotating crew wastes the first hour of every visit rediscovering the house.

The housing stock
What cleaning a Dublin house actually involves
Most of Dublin was built between the mid-1980s and the mid-2000s, which puts it in a specific bracket: large footprints, high ceilings, lots of carpet upstairs and hardwood down, and a great deal of white trim that shows every scuff.
Muirfield Village runs older and more custom, with mature landscaping that tracks in more outside than newer subdivisions do. Ballantrae and Tartan Fields skew newer and larger still, frequently over 4,000 square feet.

Questions
What Dublin households ask us.
My house is over 4,000 square feet. Is that a problem?
No, it is normal here. It does mean the price sits above our published three-bedroom rate and the visit may take a full day or use two cleaners. We will tell you which when we quote you.
Can you reach the light fixtures in a two-story entry?
We work up to two steps of a ladder, which handles most standard fixtures. A chandelier suspended over a two-story foyer needs a specialist with proper equipment, and we will say so rather than attempt it.
Do you clean finished basements?
Yes, and we count them in the size of the home when we quote, because a finished basement with a wet bar and a full bath is effectively another floor.
