Yes, assuming the same bedroom and bathroom count and the same service. That is the point of publishing flat rates rather than quoting each house individually.
Do you count a half bath as a bathroom?
No. We quote on full bathrooms. Half baths are included in the clean at no additional charge, which matters in Hilliard because so many homes here have one.
Our subdivision has an HOA. Do you need to register?
Some Hilliard associations ask vendors to sign in or display a placard, particularly in the newer sections. Tell us at booking if yours does and we will handle it before the first visit rather than discovering it at the gate.
