How long it takes
One and a half to three hours for most apartments and condos.
What you pay
A flat price per visit, agreed before we come out. We do not bill by the hour and we do not add fees afterward.
What you sign
Nothing. Skip a visit, change your cadence, or stop entirely — there is no contract and no cancellation fee.

A house checklist, run at apartment scale.
Smaller footprint, same standard. Nothing on the list gets dropped to fit the price.

- Bed made, sheets changed if you leave fresh ones out
- Floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
If something on this list gets missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and finish it. No charge and no argument.
Limits
What we don't do
Every cleaning company has limits. Most of them let you find out on the day. Here are ours in advance, before you have paid anyone anything.

Is this cheaper than house cleaning?
Yes. Pricing follows the size of the space, so a one-bedroom apartment starts at $109 rather than the $129 a one-bedroom house starts at.
My building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Ask us before booking and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet your building’s requirement on your timeline.
Do you handle short-term rental turnovers?
Yes. Tell us the checkout and check-in times when you book and we will work inside that window. Linen changes are included if you leave fresh sets out.
Can you get in if I am at work?
Most customers leave a door code or a key with the front desk. Whatever your building allows, we will work with it.
