Deep cleaning

The clean you do once, then never dread again.

A standard clean keeps a home level. A deep clean resets it. We work through the places that get skipped every week until they stop being a small guilty thought every time you walk past.

Right for you if

  • A first visit, before starting a recurring schedule
  • Homes that have not been professionally cleaned in six months or more
  • Spring resets, post-renovation dust, or before hosting

Price your deep cleaning

Three taps. No phone call, no in-home estimate, no email address.

Bedrooms
Full bathrooms
Half baths are cleaned at no extra charge — don't count them.

Your price

$329

for this visit

A deep clean is a one-time reset. Recurring visits booked after it are discounted and take less time.

How long it takes

Four to eight hours depending on size and condition. Sometimes two cleaners.

What you pay

A flat price per visit, agreed before we come out. We do not bill by the hour and we do not add fees afterward.

What you sign

Nothing. Skip a visit, change your cadence, or stop entirely — there is no contract and no cancellation fee.

What we clean

Everything a weekly clean walks past.

This is the list that makes a deep clean take twice as long as a standard one.

Bathrooms

5 tasks

Everything in a standard clean, plus:

  • Tile and grout scrubbed, floor and walls
  • Hard water and soap scum removed from glass
  • Showerhead and fixtures descaled
  • Inside vanity cabinets and drawers
  • Exhaust fan covers cleaned

Throughout the home

6 tasks

  • Behind and under furniture that moves safely

If something on this list gets missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and finish it. No charge and no argument.

Limits

What we don't do

Every cleaning company has limits. Most of them let you find out on the day. Here are ours in advance, before you have paid anyone anything.

See what the add-ons cost →
  • Wall washing beyond spot-cleaning marks
  • Exterior windows or anything above two steps of a ladder
  • Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
  • Post-construction debris — that needs a specialist
  • Mold remediation of any kind
  • Inside the fridge or oven, which stay add-ons even here

Questions

Deep cleaning questions

How is this different from a standard clean?

A standard clean covers surfaces you see. A deep clean covers the ones you do not — grout, baseboards, inside cabinets, behind appliances, light fixtures. It takes roughly twice as long.

Do I need one before recurring service?

If the home has not been professionally cleaned recently, yes, and it makes every visit after it cheaper and faster. If it is already in good shape we will tell you to skip it.

Can I deep clean only part of the house?

Yes. Kitchen and bathrooms only is a common request and costs less than the whole home. Tell us in the notes when you book.

Will one visit fix years of buildup?

Mostly, but not always. Some hard water staining and grout discoloration is permanent. We will tell you what will not come out rather than quietly charging you again for it.
