Every cleaning company has limits. Most of them let you find out on the day. Here are ours in advance, before you have paid anyone anything.

Yes, or as close as possible. We clean inside cabinets and closets, which we cannot do around boxes. If a few items remain, tell us and we will work around them.
On move-in and move-out cleans, yes. Those are add-ons on every other service, but an empty-house clean is not worth much without them.
Usually, if we know early. The first and last week of the month fill up fastest, so give us as much notice as you can.
It covers what a standard move-out clause asks for. If your lease or purchase contract lists specific requirements, send them to us and we will tell you plainly whether we cover them.
