Do you clean split-level homes differently?
We quote them on total finished square footage rather than counting the lower level as a basement. It is a real floor, so we price it as one and clean it as one.
Everything is on one floor. Does a ranch cost less to clean?
It costs what its bedroom and bathroom count says it costs, same as any home. Ranches do tend to go faster because nobody is carrying equipment up and down stairs, but that saves us time rather than saving you money — the published rate is the published rate.
